Hi, I’m Nicky. I offer Online Counselling & Coaching and In-Person Therapy Sessions in Dingley, in Melbourne’s South East.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (PACFA 27291) specialising in working with clients facing facing stress, anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. As a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, I integrate Eastern philosophical practices into my work, offering a holistic approach that nourishes you as a whole person.

I came to counselling after two decades of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and project roles. As your therapist I understand the pressures and culture that come with high-demand work places. I speak your language and see you in the scene you describe. I get it.

My lived experience compliments the formal training in coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, yoga and meditation that qualifies me to do this work.

This all informs my work as a therapist, and how I work with you; in navigating the challenges you’re facing into and to reconnect with your true self, for meaningful and sustainable change. Whether you are seeking a therapist to work with on a deeper level through long term developmental trauma, or wanting a solutions focussed, positive psychology coaching style, or interested in incorporating mindfulness and movement into your therapy, I tailor our work together to support your needs. Therapy with me is collaborative. You’re the expert in your life and I’m the expert in supporting you to understand why you do the things you do and access new ways where the old ways are causing pain and suffering.

At Flourish Mindfully, I offer therapy that is person-centred and trauma-informed. I believe we heal in relationship and therapy is a relationship that allows for healing to begin, and to be transferred to other relationships in our lives.
