These are the terms of service that apply when you use our website (www.flourishmindfully.com.au) or services that are owned and operated by Flourish Mindfully (ABN 75 878 838 531). Your use of this website is regulated by these terms of service. By using and continuing to use this website and services you signify your consent and agreement to these terms of service. This website is designed to be used to gain information regarding our services and for the purpose of making appointment bookings.

Amendments

Flourish Mindfully may amend these terms of service from time to time. Please review the terms of service regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant or substantive changes where possible.   

Nature and provision of services

The service offered by Flourish Mindfully is not an emergency service, nor is it intended for use in the event of urgent mental health, crisis or medical assistance.

Where there is a risk of harm to self or others or immediate urgent assistance/intervention is required you should contact emergency services by calling 000.

We do not provide an emergency out of hours service and take only pre-booked appointments subject to any minimum notice period. Flourish Mindfully is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense, action, claim, demand, proceeding, injury or liability suffered by any person as a failure by that person, or any other to contact Emergency Services.

The Flourish Mindfully website and any booking or payment platform used by Flourish Mindfully is for the sole use of providing counselling services in non-urgent situations only.

Payment and fees

Our fees change from time to time and the current fees are those which appear when an appointment is booked.

For any appointment booked directly or via the website you agree to pay the stated fees to Flourish Mindfully. Fees are payable at time of booking appointment.

Fees shall be determined at the sole discretion of Flourish Mindfully.

Flourish Mindfully retains the right to modify advertised fees, or fees applicable to any future service, at any time without prior notice.

Unless stated, all fees listed include applicable taxes.  

Cancellation policy

When a therapy appointment is booked, it is entered into upon mutual agreement, an appointment time is reserved for you. Appointments are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise arranged.

Appointment non-attendance or cancellation is subject to a fee up to the total amount of the session. Repeated non-attendance, or late cancellation/re-scheduling may result in changes to payment arrangements or the inability of Flourish Mindfully to continue to provide services to you.
